To investigate the influence of TET2 knock-down in lung cancer cell line, We performed 5hmC landscape analysis using data obtained from 5hmC-seq of HCC827 cell line and HCC827-TET2-KO cell line. Overall design: Comparative analysis of genomic 5hmC distribution difference between HCC827 cells and HCC827-TET2-KO cells.

为探究TET2基因敲低对肺癌细胞系的影响，本研究利用HCC827细胞系与HCC827-TET2敲除（TET2 knockout, KO）细胞系的5-羟甲基胞嘧啶测序（5-hydroxymethylcytosine sequencing, 5hmC-seq）数据开展5hmC图谱分析。整体实验设计：对比分析HCC827细胞与HCC827-TET2敲除细胞的基因组5-羟甲基胞嘧啶（5-hydroxymethylcytosine, 5hmC）分布差异。
