The Ideal Clinic Realization and Maintenance (ICRM) program, initiated in July 2013, aims to improve the quality of primary healthcare and ensure compliance with national healthcare standards. It involves annual facility assessments and grading, resulting in ICRM status ranging from platinum to not-achieved (N/A). Managers receive guidance for quality improvement based on assessment results. Despite the program's priority to enhance service delivery and patient experience at the PHC level, there are reports of negative patient experiences. Our study aims to examine the consistency between patients' perceptions of the quality of care received at public PHC facilities and their overall care experience, investigate the program's influence on this relationship, and identify factors associated with patients' perceived quality of care.
