Wilms tumor (WT) is the most common renal malignancy in children. So we aim to investigate the transcriptomic map of Wilms tumor. Overall design: The mRNA profiles of five primary tumors and their matched paratumor tissue from five patients with wilms tumor were generated by illumina plartform.
