Single cell RNA-seq of fetal thymus, bronchial, esophageal, and lung cells

We performed scRNA-seq on epithelial and stromal cells isolated from fetal thymus, bronchus, esophageal and lung cells to identify drivers of lieage commitment. Single cell RNA-seq (10X Genomic 3' gene expression) from individual fetal cells.

本研究针对从胎儿胸腺、支气管、食管及肺组织中分离的上皮细胞与基质细胞开展单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq），以明确细胞谱系定型的驱动因子。本次测序采用10X Genomics的3'端基因表达谱技术，对单个胎儿细胞进行检测。
