Data set is apparent quantum yields (AQY) of photo-stimulated or photo-inhibited microbial respiration of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in the Kuparuk River. AQYs were measured at 350 nm as described in Cory et al. 2014. Positive AQY values mean that photo-altered DOM stimulated microbial respiration relative to dark controls. Negative AQY values mean that photo-altered DOM inhibited microbial respiration relative to dark controls. AQYs are averages with standard error of the average from four experimental replicates.

本数据集为库帕鲁克河(Kuparuk River)中溶解性有机质(dissolved organic matter, DOM)经光激发或光抑制的微生物呼吸作用的表观量子产率(apparent quantum yields, AQY)数据。按照Cory等人2014年的实验方法,在350 nm波长下测定了表观量子产率。当表观量子产率为正值时,相较于黑暗对照组,经光修饰的溶解性有机质可促进微生物呼吸作用;当表观量子产率为负值时,相较于黑暗对照组,经光修饰的溶解性有机质会抑制微生物呼吸作用。本次测定的表观量子产率为4次实验重复的平均值及其标准误。
