Sequence-dependent shape and stiffness parameters for DNA and RNA duplexes at the hexanucleotide scale

The data contain sequence-dependent shape and harmonic stiffness parameters for all DNA and RNA hexanucleotide sequences.

The coordinate and stiffness heatmaps for visual inspection are also provided.

Furthermore, we provide the python script (kmer_packing.py) implementing our deep-first search algorithm to create a minimal sequence containing all k-mers.
