The source of this dataset is laser energy and detector output voltage, and the theoretical LET value can be obtained based on the laser energy; Based on the output voltage of the detector, the output current of the ASIC can be obtained, and the amount of charge can be obtained from this current, further leading to the LET value. By comparing the linearity between the theoretical LET value and the measured LET value, it can be concluded that the detector design is reasonable
本数据集的来源为激光能量与探测器输出电压,基于激光能量可得到理论线性能量转移(Linear Energy Transfer,LET)值;基于探测器输出电压,可得到专用集成电路(ASIC)的输出电流,由该电流可推导出电荷量,进而得到LET值。通过比较理论LET值与实测LET值之间的线性关系,可得出探测器设计合理的结论。
