mRNAseq of Apc mutant and Apc Srsf1 double mutant mouse small intestine. Overall design: RNA was extracted from Apc mutant and Apc Srsf1 double mutant mouse small intestines. mRNAseq was carried out to identify differentially expressed transcripts.
