Single-nucleus chromatin landscape dataset of mouse brain development and ageing

In this study, a single-cell assay for transposase-accessible chromatin with sequencing was employed to generate comprehensive chromatin accessibility maps, incorporating data from 69,178 cells obtained from four distinct brain regions – namely, the olfactory bulb (OB), cerebellum (CB), prefrontal cortex (PFC), and hippocampus (HP) – across key developmental time points at 7 weeks, 3 months, 12 months, and 18 months.

本研究采用单细胞转座酶可及性染色质测序（single-cell assay for transposase-accessible chromatin with sequencing）技术，构建了全面的染色质可及性图谱，整合了从4个不同脑区——即嗅球（olfactory bulb，OB）、小脑（cerebellum，CB）、前额叶皮层（prefrontal cortex，PFC）与海马体（hippocampus，HP）——获取的69178个细胞的测序数据，覆盖了7周、3个月、12个月及18个月这几个关键发育时间节点。
