本研究针对组蛋白修饰开展染色质免疫共沉淀测序(ChIP-seq),以解析MCF10A-ER-Src细胞转化过程中的染色质状态与动态变化。在MCF10A-ER-Src细胞转化的0、2、12、24及36小时时间点,分别针对H3K27ac、H3K4me3、H3K4me1、H3K36me3、H3K27me3与H3K9me3这六种组蛋白修饰完成了ChIP-seq实验。
