Decrease Contamination of host genes

We adopted the Green Shield Sequencing (GSS) technique, which is optimized based on LNA Oligonucleotide, with Illumina MiSeq to analyzes the bacterial communities in the rhizome and rhizosphere soil of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.

本研究采用基于锁核酸寡核苷酸（LNA Oligonucleotide）优化得到的绿盾测序技术（Green Shield Sequencing, GSS），结合Illumina MiSeq测序平台，对川芎（Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.）的根状茎与根际土壤中的细菌群落进行分析。
