Datasets for the analysis of "Altered transcriptome-proteome coupling indicates aberrant proteostasis in Parkinson’s disease" RNASeq data: gene expression quantification (raw) as output from Salmon (https://combine-lab.github.io/salmon/) Proteomics data: raw data output from MaxQuant in R file format ".rds" (https://www.maxquant.org/).* Metadata: Sample information for RNA ("info_rna_all.rds") and proteomics data ("info.rds") in R file format ".rds" *Proteomics data includes protein expression of samples that were not included in the analysis. 本数据集用于支撑《转录组-蛋白质组偶联改变提示帕金森病中蛋白稳态异常》(Altered transcriptome-proteome coupling indicates aberrant proteostasis in Parkinson’s disease)相关研究的分析工作。其中RNA测序(RNASeq)数据为Salmon软件(https://combine-lab.github.io/salmon/)输出的原始基因表达定量结果;蛋白质组学数据为MaxQuant软件(https://www.maxquant.org/)输出的原始数据,存储为R语言格式的".rds"文件。元数据包含两类样本信息:RNA测序数据的样本信息存储为"info_rna_all.rds",蛋白质组学数据的样本信息存储为"info.rds",两类元数据均采用R语言".rds"格式。需特别说明的是,本次提供的蛋白质组学数据包含未纳入本次分析的样本的蛋白表达量,旨在为标准化分析流程的可重复性提供支撑(具体参见配套代码)。本数据集、数据说明文档与配套代码可通过https://github.com/fifdick/alt_rna_prot_coupling_PD 获取。
