通过收集和分析客户对绿植产品(如:巴西木、富贵竹、桂花树苗等绿植)的消费相关数据,对历史下单客户建立画像,对客户进行标签制定,定位客户消费级别,为精准营销提供必要的客户分类数据,针对不同级别客户有针对性的制定广告营销策略提供数据支持,例如对于A等级客户可每月1至2次与之沟通及消息推送,抵扣服务等,对于B等级客户可每季度1至2次与之客户沟通,对于C等级客户可每半年1至2次与之沟通,从而制定更精准的生产营销策略,同时也为本行业的所有企业制定生产策略提供依据。
By collecting and analyzing customer consumption-related data for green plant products (including but not limited to Brazil wood, lucky bamboo, osmanthus saplings and other similar green plants), this dataset establishes customer profiles for historical customers who have placed orders, formulates customer tags, and classifies customers into consumption tiers. It provides necessary customer classification data for precision marketing, and offers data support for developing targeted advertising and marketing strategies for customers of different tiers. For example, communicate with Class A customers 1 to 2 times per month, push relevant messages and provide discount services; communicate with Class B customers 1 to 2 times per quarter; and communicate with Class C customers 1 to 2 times every six months. Such work helps formulate more precise production and marketing strategies, and also provides reference for all enterprises in the industry to develop their production strategies.
