Data and Code for "Increased Pesticide Use and Ecotoxicity Associated with Plant-Based Dietary Shifts and Opportunities for Impact Reduction"

The “Source Data.xlsx” file contains source data of figures in the Main Text. The “Supplementary Data.xlsx” file contains input data for running the code. The “Analysis Code.R” contains the code for running the analysis. To avoid errors when reproducing the results, one folder named “outcome” should be created in the same directory as the file “Supplementary Data.xlsx”.
