我国畜禽寄生虫种类多、分布广,寄生于马、牛、猪、羊、兔、鸡、鸭、鹅等普通畜禽的寄生虫种类达2000多种。畜禽寄生虫既是病原,也是重要的自然科技资源,凡与寄生虫学与寄生虫病防治相关的科研、教学、科普、检验检疫、诊断、防控等工作,都离不开寄生虫资源。近十年在国家相关科技项目的资助下,国内对畜禽寄生虫资源进行了大规模的收集与整理,已收藏畜禽寄生虫标本数十万份,初步鉴定的寄生虫种类近1000种,为编撰《中国畜禽寄生虫彩色图谱》系列奠定了坚实基础。《中国畜禽寄生吸虫彩色图谱》包括356种畜禽吸虫,1539幅图片,字数233700字,该图谱的编辑和出版,将极大地丰富我国畜禽寄生吸虫图谱的内容,大量增加图谱收录的畜禽寄生吸虫种类,有助于医学和兽医学院校的学生更好地掌握畜禽寄生吸虫的形态结构,增强临床医学与兽医学人员鉴别畜禽寄生吸虫的能力,在促进我国寄生虫学科的发展、提高寄生虫学的教学水平、开展寄生虫学知识科学普及等方面都具有重要作用与意义。

There are numerous and widely distributed livestock and poultry parasites in China, with over 2,000 species parasitizing common livestock and poultry such as horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese. Livestock and poultry parasites are not only pathogens but also important natural scientific and technological resources. All work related to parasitology and the prevention and control of parasitic diseases, including scientific research, teaching, science popularization, inspection and quarantine, diagnosis, prevention and control, cannot be separated from parasite resources. Over the past decade, funded by relevant national scientific and technological projects, China has carried out large-scale collection and organization of livestock and poultry parasite resources, with hundreds of thousands of parasite specimens collected and nearly 1,000 parasite species preliminarily identified, which has laid a solid foundation for the compilation of the *Colored Atlas of Livestock and Poultry Parasites in China* series. The *Colored Atlas of Livestock and Poultry Trematodes in China* covers 356 species of livestock and poultry trematodes, with 1,539 illustrations and a total word count of 233,700. The editing and publication of this atlas will greatly enrich the content of China’s livestock and poultry trematode atlases, significantly increase the number of included trematode species, help students from medical and veterinary colleges better grasp the morphological structure of livestock and poultry trematodes, and improve the ability of clinical and veterinary practitioners to identify these trematodes. It plays an important role and has great significance in promoting the development of China’s parasitology discipline, improving the teaching quality of parasitology, and carrying out science popularization of parasitology knowledge.
