KPC-8-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae: Genome sequencing. Klebsiella pneumoniae

Four KPC-8-producing K. pneumoniae isolated from the same patient from June 2018 to September 2019, have been characterised using whole genome sequencing, in order to describe the genetic environment and plasmid carriage of blaKPC-8, which has not been done before.

本研究对2018年6月至2019年9月期间从同一患者体内分离得到的4株产KPC-8型肺炎克雷伯菌（K. pneumoniae）开展全基因组测序及特征分析，旨在解析blaKPC-8基因的遗传环境与质粒携带情况，此类研究此前尚未见报道。
