本数据集为面向中国南部高经济密度沿海区域的分阶段近海碳捕获、利用与封存（Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage, CCUS）部署框架代码，包含理论分区模型与路径优化模型，同时分别配套提供代码解读文件与实例文件。所有代码均基于LINGO 18环境运行。
