These are transcriptomic profiles for the amphipod Melita plumulosa exposed to copper via different exposure routes for 48 hours. The RNA was hybridized against a custom array.\nLineage: The data presented is in preparation to be published as "Dissolved and particulate copper exposure induce differing gene expression profiles in a deposit feeding amphipod". We will submit the paper to Environmental Science and Technology.
