This is the original data used in the ecological paper titled "Uncovering widespread Anthropocene dietary shifts in Chinese large mammalian herbivores". There are a total of five Excel files and one txt file:factors_species.xlsx, which lists the variables or factors used for regression analysis.Code for microwear diversity. txt. The code of calculating microwear diversity with the package FD.a_e.csv & a_w.csv.
