Soil pH creates thresholds in microbial network complexity and stability

We estimated various microbial network topological attributes associated with network complexity, and network robustness to simulated species loss across a wide range of soil pH gradient. We reported pervasive nonlinear relationships between soil pH and microbial network complexity and stability.
