This dataset contains one-dimensional X-ray scattering profiles acquired from human brain tissue mounted on mica, supporting studies of pathological cross-$\\beta$ ordering associated with Alzheimer\u2019s disease. Intensity vectors are provided for cross-$\\beta$\u2013enriched and comparison tissue regions, along with the corresponding scattering-vector grid, enabling direct use in signal-processing and machine-learning pipelines. A Python loader script is included to streamline data import for classification, feature-selection, and model-validation tasks on high-dimensional, correlated experimental signals.

本数据集收录了固定于云母片(mica)上的人体脑组织的一维X射线散射剖面,可用于支撑与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease)相关的病理性交叉β(cross-β)有序结构研究。数据集提供了富集交叉β结构的脑组织区域与对照脑组织区域的强度矢量,同时附带对应的散射矢量网格,可直接应用于信号处理与机器学习流水线中。此外,本数据集附带Python加载脚本,可简化针对高维关联实验信号的分类、特征选择及模型验证任务的数据导入流程。
