资源简介：
真空冷冻干燥法；球形芽孢杆菌的无毒菌株，做对比参考研究；细胞杆状，G+或不稳定，在芽孢囊期一端膨大，形成球形芽孢，好氧，最适生长温度为28～30℃。不产酸，V.P.反应阴性，过氧化氢酶阳性，不形成吲哚，不能还原硝酸盐，不能水解淀粉。
Vacuum freeze-drying was employed for the strains. Avirulent strains of *Bacillus sphaericus* were used as control references for comparative research. Cells are rod-shaped, Gram-positive or Gram-variable, with one pole swollen during the sporangium stage to form spherical spores. They are aerobic, with an optimal growth temperature ranging from 28 to 30℃. These strains do not produce acid, exhibit a negative Voges-Proskauer (V.P.) reaction, are catalase-positive, cannot form indole, fail to reduce nitrate, and cannot hydrolyze starch.
