Alternative density maps for Abeta42 fibril polymorphs type A and type B

Density maps for Abeta42 polymorphs type A and type B, calculated from cryo-EM data with no symmetry in the repeat unit and with C2 symmetry in the repeat unit. These density maps are alternatives to the maps with pseudo-2(1) symmetry that are presented in an upcoming publication by M. Lee, W.-M. Yau, J. M. Louis, and R. Tycko. The maps are identified in the included README.txt file.
