Whole-genome sequencing of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli O26 related to raw horse meat

Whole-genome sequencing analyses of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli O26 related to a food poisoning case by the consumption of raw horse meat. This dataset includes the isolates from the patient of the case, the causative horse meat and related multilocus variable-number tandem-repeat analysis (MLVA) types.
