A dataset containing values of vaccine effectiveness over the course of a year based off of a model of waning immunity due to anitbodies (immunogloblin, ignoring other types of immune cells) and fit to data. The model was made by Nick Golding and can be found at https://github.com/goldingn/neuts2efficacy The model is based off of work done by Khoury et. al and can be found at https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-021-01377-8 <br> This particular dataset was run for omicron when only the BA.1 and BA.2 strains were around. We recommend you do not use the model results directly if trying to determing immunity, since the model is only based on one sort of immune cell while other cells provide longer-lasting protection against severe disease.
