Data presented in manuscript entitled Novel insights into the genetic basis and transcriptomic elucidation of virulence attenuation in Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae variants

The datasets presented show numerical raw data and statistical information regarding bacteria used in the study to reflect their growth curve, bacterial count measured during pathogenicity testing timeline for 0, 3 and 7 days, and numerical data of lesion or necrotic disease spots counted. In addition, quantified expression data of the T3SS gene followed by transcriptome expression of data presented in heatmaps.

本数据集包含本研究中用于反映细菌生长曲线的细菌相关数值原始数据与统计信息，致病性检测周期内第0、3、7天测得的细菌计数数据，以及病灶与坏死病斑的计数数值。此外，本数据集还涵盖Ⅲ型分泌系统（Type Three Secretion System, T3SS）基因的定量表达数据，以及以热图形式呈现的转录组表达数据。
