Metagenomic analysis of rhizospheric soil during growth phases of rice using highthroughput amplicon sequence of ITS gene

Rice has three Important growth phases . 1. vegetative phase - From Plantation to Presence of tillers 2. Reproductive Phase - Panicle appearance & 3. Ripening Phase -grains ready for harvest . In our study , we observed the Fungal microbiome present in rice rhizospheric soil for all the above said three growth phases . Through High thoughput next generation sequencing , we observed 2332 OTU's in total , among them 738 OTU unique to Vegetative phase , 326 OTU in reproductive growth phase & 219 OTU observed unique to Ripening phase .

水稻具有三个关键生长阶段：1. 营养生长期（vegetative phase）：从定植至分蘖出现；2. 生殖生长期（Reproductive Phase）：穗部出现阶段；3. 灌浆成熟期（Ripening Phase）：籽粒成熟待收阶段。本研究针对上述三个生长阶段的水稻根际土壤中的真菌微生物组展开了分析。通过高通量下一代测序技术，共检测到2332个操作分类单元（OTU, Operational Taxonomic Unit），其中738个为营养生长期特有，326个为生殖生长阶段特有，另有219个为灌浆成熟期特有。
