Data from: Diversity in resource use strategies promotes productivity in young planted tree species mixtures

This dataset compiles measurements from 21 experimental tree diversity
sites within the TreeDivNet network across temperate, Mediterranean, and
tropical biomes on five continents. It includes data on species richness,
composition, traits (wood density, leaf nitrogen content), functional and
structural diversity, and stand- and species-level productivity in 1,609
plots. Net biodiversity effects and their partitioning into selection and
complementarity effects are also provided. The data can be reused to study
biodiversity–productivity relationships, trait–function linkages, and
forest ecosystem functioning across biomes.

本数据集整合了TreeDivNet网络中，分布于五大洲温带、地中海及热带生物群区的21个林木多样性实验样地的测量数据。数据集涵盖1609个样地的物种丰富度、物种组成、功能性状（木材密度、叶片氮含量）、功能与结构多样性，以及林分和物种水平的生产力数据。此外还提供了净生物多样性效应及其分解为选择效应与互补效应的结果。该数据集可重复用于跨生物群区的生物多样性-生产力关系、性状-功能关联及森林生态系统功能相关研究。
