CaGE

CaGE is a Cardiac Gene Expression knowledgebase we have developed to facilitate the analysis of genes important to human cardiac function. CaGE integrates the functionality of the LocusLink database with data from several human cardiac expression libraries, phenotypic data from OMIM and data from large-scale microarray gene expression studies to create a knowledgebase of gene expression in human cardiac tissue.

CaGE是我们研发的心脏基因表达（Cardiac Gene Expression）知识库，旨在为人类心脏功能相关重要基因的分析研究提供助力。该知识库整合了基因座链接数据库（LocusLink）的功能，纳入多个人类心脏表达文库的数据、人类孟德尔遗传在线（OMIM）的表型数据以及大规模微阵列基因表达研究的相关数据，最终构建出人类心脏组织基因表达知识库。
