To identify the molecular pathway regulated by Scribble (SCRIB) in primary hunan endometrial stromal cells (ESCs) decidualization, high-throughput RNA-seq was performed to analyze the transcriptome profile in si-Ctrl or si-SCRIB transfected decidualized ESCs (dESCs). Overall design: mRNA profiles of si-Ctrl or si-SCRIB tranfected dESCs.
为鉴定Scribble(SCRIB)在原代人子宫内膜基质细胞(endometrial stromal cells, ESCs)蜕膜化过程中的调控分子通路,本研究采用高通量RNA测序(high-throughput RNA-seq)技术,分析了转染si-Ctrl或si-SCRIB的蜕膜化ESCs(dESCs)的转录组谱。实验整体设计:转染si-Ctrl或si-SCRIB的蜕膜化ESCs的mRNA表达谱。
