目前,该数据集已积累涵盖多种海况、多种控制参数组合下的有效试验序列超过数千组,原始高速采集数据经过预处理和标注后,总数据量约为20MB。该数据集的建立,对于突破恒张力控制关键技术、优化算法性能、缩短研发周期及培养专业人才具有重要的理论意义与工程应用价值。
This dataset was developed to fulfill the R&D requirements of marine engineering equipment and the verification needs of advanced control algorithms, aiming to mitigate severe fluctuations in mooring rope tension induced by complex environmental loads including wind, waves and currents in deep-water mooring systems, thereby ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Generated via numerical simulation and deduction on a dedicated simulation platform, this dataset integrates a 6-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) ship model and wind, wave and current simulation modules. Data is collected in real time by multiple sensors mounted on the device: tension sensors, displacement sensors and attitude sensors on the main body, as well as torque and rotational speed sensors for the drive unit. Core observed records include real-time tension values of mooring ropes, retraction/deployment speed and length of mooring ropes, oil pressure, current and torque of the hydraulic motor drive unit, motion attitudes of the ship model (roll, pitch angles and heave), and simulated environmental parameters such as wave height and current velocity. The data generation follows controlled comparative experimental protocols: first, set a target constant tension value, then operate the mooring device under multiple preset regular and irregular wave sea states; systematically adjust the control strategies (specifically PID parameters) and fully record the full dynamic response process of the device after each adjustment. This dataset comprehensively captures the entire closed-loop control chain, spanning from control command issuance, actuator actuation, mooring rope tension variation to ship motion feedback, providing comprehensive data support for in-depth analysis of control strategy effectiveness, robustness and energy consumption characteristics. To date, the dataset has accumulated thousands of valid test sequences across various sea states and control parameter combinations. Following preprocessing and annotation of the original high-speed collected data, the total dataset size is approximately 20 MB. The establishment of this dataset holds significant theoretical significance and engineering application value for breaking through key constant tension control technologies, optimizing algorithm performance, shortening R&D cycles and cultivating professional talents.
