The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between gene expression profiles of ex vivo 2 Gy radiated lymphocytes and the development of acute and late toxicity due to hyperfractionated dose-escalation radiation therapy schedule in patientes with advanced breast cancer. The gene expression profiles of ex vivo non-radiated lymphocytes were also examined. Keywords: Toxicity grade analysis. Twelve patients were analyzed. No replicates of each patient was assesed. Human RNA universal control (Stratagene) was used as reference.

本研究旨在评估离体(ex vivo)2 Gy照射淋巴细胞的基因表达谱,与晚期乳腺癌患者接受超分割剂量递增放射治疗方案后出现急性与晚期毒性反应的相关性。本研究同时检测了离体未照射淋巴细胞的基因表达谱。关键词:毒性分级分析。本研究共纳入12例患者开展分析,未为每位患者设置生物学重复样本。本研究以人类通用RNA对照品(Stratagene)作为参照标准。
