Influenza-specific Memory B cell RNA seq

To determine the differences in gene expression between antigen-experienced memory B cells and naïve B cells, we isolated influenza-specific memory B cells expressing either IgG or IgM BCR and compared their transcriptomes to naive B cells using RNA-seq. RNA-seq of IgG and IgM memory B cells compared to naïve B cells.

为明确抗原致敏记忆B细胞与初始B细胞间的基因表达差异，本研究分离得到表达IgG或IgM B细胞抗原受体（BCR, B cell receptor）的流感特异性记忆B细胞，通过RNA测序（RNA-seq, RNA sequencing）技术将其转录组与初始B细胞进行对比分析；本实验的测序比对对象为IgG型、IgM型记忆B细胞与初始B细胞。
