Transcriptome analysis in skeletal muscle conditional Phf2 KO gastroceiumus and soleus muscles in male mice

To evaluate the role of PHF2 in skeletal muscle, we generated skeletal muscle conditional Phf2 KO mice and analyzed the transcriptome by RNA-sequencing. Overall design: Examination of the role of PHF2 in skeletal muscle.
