RSNP-DB

RSNP-DB is a comprehensive compilation of rice seed nuclear proteome with user-friendly searchability. The web interface of RSNP-DB is designed to include the following components: search, information and expression profile for seed-expressed genes. The database can be searched for any RGAP or RAP-DB locus ID (single as well as in batches).

RSNP-DB是一款整合水稻种子核蛋白质组数据的综合性数据库，具备友好易用的检索性能。其网页端界面包含三大核心功能模块：检索功能、基因信息查询模块以及种子表达基因表达谱分析模块。该数据库支持针对任意RGAP或RAP-DB基因座ID进行检索，可实现单条及批量ID的检索操作。
