本数据集通过对比c587-GAL4; hs-bam UAS-dpp雌性果蝇热激后0小时、20小时及50小时的卵巢尖端基因表达水平,检测基因表达与生殖系干细胞(Germline Stem Cells, GSCs)的相关性。两项独立重复实验的结果分别记为实验1(expt 1)与实验2(expt 2)。关键词:时间进程、热激、bam基因过表达。实验整体设计:热激后0小时的卵巢尖端含有大量生殖系干细胞;热激20小时后,hs-bam诱导所有生殖系干细胞发生分化;热激50小时后,Bam蛋白已完成降解周转,包囊细胞(cystocytes)逆转为生殖系干细胞。相关细节参见Kai等人(2005年)发表于《发育生物学(Dev.
