Comparison of the transcriptome macrophages derived from CD14+ human monocyte-derived macrophages generated in the presence of M-CSF (M-Mphage) or GM-CSF (GM-Mphage) and MTX. mRNA profiles of monocyte-derived macrophages generated by culturing monocytes for 7 days in the presence of M-CSF (10 ng/ml) to generate M-Mphage, or in the presence of GM-CSF (1000 U/ml) to generate GM-Mphage, while treated with 50nM MTX.
本数据集针对经M-CSF(巨噬细胞集落刺激因子,Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor)或GM-CSF(粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子,Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor)诱导,并经MTX(甲氨蝶呤,Methotrexate)处理的CD14+人单核细胞来源巨噬细胞的转录组展开比较分析。本次分析的mRNA表达谱样本为:将单核细胞在含10 ng/ml M-CSF的培养基中培养7天以诱导生成M-Mphage,或在含1000 U/ml GM-CSF的培养基中培养7天以诱导生成GM-Mphage,同时施加50 nM MTX进行处理后得到的单核细胞来源巨噬细胞。
