Transcriptomic analysis of locoweed fungal endophyte mutant after supplement with L- lysine

This study provides the molecular bases to understand the impacts of L-lysine on swainsonine production in Alternaria oxytropis. Overall design: A. oxytropis mRNA profiles of supplement with L- lysine and non-supplement with L- lysine were generated by deep sequencing.
