Moderate crowding affects immune cell number and longevity in sex specific manner in Drosophila melanogaster

Comparison of Immune cell number, fecundity and longevity in Drosophila melanogaster outbred population reared in crowded (300eggs/6ml media) and uncrowded condition (60 eggs/6ml media). Crowded condition further grouped into early, mid and late developing individuals for comparison.

本数据集针对黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）远交种群，对比其在拥挤饲养条件（300枚卵/6毫升培养基）与非拥挤饲养条件（60枚卵/6毫升培养基）下的免疫细胞数量、繁殖力与寿命。其中拥挤饲养组进一步按发育阶段划分为早期、中期及晚期发育个体，以开展对比分析。
