Top Sex, Dating, and Relationship Problems: An Open-Ended Survey of 920 Adults

This dataset presents anonymous, self-reported responses to an online survey examining personal concerns related to sexuality, dating, and romantic relationships. The survey was shared through an article published on Elephant Journal and completed voluntarily by a self-selected, global sample of readers. Participants were asked to reflect on and describe their most salient challenges, generating a dataset that combines structured responses with open-ended personal narratives. All direct identifiers were removed prior to release, and responses were reviewed to minimize re-identification risk. The dataset offers a qualitative snapshot of how individuals frame and communicate intimate concerns and is suitable for research and teaching in the social sciences, psychology, and related disciplines.
