本数据集为CMACast气象卫星数据接收系统接收到的通道NWP_MCTR_001下的德国数值预报产品，经过解码而得到的netcdf格式数据集。包括：00z、12z全球地表云分析及6、12 、18、24、30、36、42、48、60、72、84、96、108、120、132、144、156、168小时预报。每天播报。

This is a netCDF-formatted dataset derived by decoding German numerical weather prediction products received via channel NWP_MCTR_001 from the CMACast meteorological satellite data reception system. The dataset covers global surface cloud analyses at 00z and 12z, alongside forecasts with lead times of 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 60, 72, 84, 96, 108, 120, 132, 144, 156, and 168 hours. It is updated and issued daily.
