Single-cell RNA-sequencing of the root of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn

Single-cell transcriptome sequencing was performed on the roots of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn at two different developmental stages to investigate the cellular composition of root tissues, and to identify differentially expressed genes and their functions during growth and development.
