To investigate the function of RBM47-ISGylation in mouse lungs, we generated an RBM47 knock-in mouse in which K329 and K332 were mutated to ISGylation-deficient arginine (K329R;K332R). We then performed gene expression analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of lung tissues from wild-type and pure mice from the same litter. Gene expression profile of RBM47 K329R;K332R KI mouse lung RNA-seq data.
