Functional zones and elevation contours of Komorze raised bog, Tuchola Forest, Poland

GIS dataset for Komorze raised bog (Tuchola Forest, northern Poland), collected as part of NCN Miniatura-9 project (DEC-2025/09/X/ST10/00359). The dataset contains two vector layers: (1) functional zone polygons delineating four zones along the degradation gradient (Mineral margin, Degraded zone, Transitional zone, Active dome), based on LiDAR-derived elevation contours (0.2 m intervals) and vegetation indicators; (2) elevation contour lines at 0.2 m intervals generated from LiDAR-derived 1 m resolution DEM (Geoportal.gov.pl), clipped to peatland boundary. All layers in WGS84 (EPSG:4326). QGIS style files (.qmd) included. This dataset is a companion to the Komorze soil dataset (doi:10.5281/zenodo.21132004).
