本研究旨在探究介导HHR乳腺（HHR mammary gland）早期退化的调控因子与SDR组织（SDR tissue）生理性退化的相关因子是否存在差异，通过基因芯片分析（microarray analysis）技术检测了泌乳第1天的HHR组织与退化第1天的SDR组织的基因表达谱。整体实验设计：分析了SDR、杂合型HHR（heterozygous HHR）及纯合型HHR（homozygous HHR）的乳腺组织在泌乳期（lactation）的基因芯片结果。
