Mice were anesthetized with ketamine/xylazine, and then subcutaneous tissue on a dorsal flap was exteriorized. GFP labelled S. aureus beads were inserted. Antibodies were injected into the vasculature to label neutrophils (red) and endothelial cells (blue)
