Effects of straw return on bacterial communities in a silt loam of the North China Plain

Studies investigating the effects of straw return on soil bacterial communities in the North China Plain remains so few, especially those using high-throughput sequencing. Therefore, high-throughput sequencing approaches were used to examine the effects on soil bacterial composition and diversity of straw return in the North China Plain.

目前针对华北平原地区秸秆还田对土壤细菌群落影响的研究仍较为匮乏，尤其是采用高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing）技术的相关研究。为此，本研究采用高通量测序方法，探究华北平原地区秸秆还田对土壤细菌群落组成与多样性的影响。
