资源简介:
在数据采集阶段,使用现场工程地址数据、现场勘查、水文数据资料、气象数据资料,勘测工具如测距仪、测厚仪、便携式有毒有害/可燃气体检测报警仪等工具进行数据收集。在数据处理阶段,把采集的如作业环境与条件、安全培训、事故隐患排查、危险源辨识、生产装置运行等数据作为分析输入,并根据国家标准《大中型企业安全生产标准化管理体系要求》(GB/T33000—2025),从领导作用、基础保障、策划、安全风险分级管控、事故隐患排查治理、人员管理、应急准备与处置、检查评价、持续改进10个方面对精细化工企业安全标准化建设进行评估。数据本身涉及部分企业数据,已通过泛化、抑制、掩码等技术对部分参数、企业信息等进行数据脱敏、匿名化、去标识化,在保障数据可用性的同时避免敏感信息泄露。
During the data collection phase, data was collected using on-site engineering address data, field investigation, hydrological data, meteorological data, and surveying tools including rangefinders, thickness gauges, portable toxic/hazardous and combustible gas detection and alarm instruments, etc. During the data processing phase, collected data including operating environment and conditions, safety training, accident hazard investigation, hazard identification, production device operation, etc., were used as analysis inputs. According to the national standard "Requirements for Work Safety Standardization Management System of Large and Medium-sized Enterprises" (GB/T 33000—2025), the safety standardization construction of fine chemical enterprises was evaluated from 10 dimensions: leadership commitment, basic guarantees, planning, safety risk classification control and management, accident hazard investigation and management, personnel management, emergency preparedness and response, inspection and evaluation, and continuous improvement. The data involves partial enterprise-related information, and technologies such as generalization, suppression, and masking have been applied to perform data desensitization, anonymization, and de-identification on partial parameters and enterprise information, ensuring data availability while avoiding sensitive information disclosure.
