A transcriptome for Cellaria immersa (Phylum: Bryozoa)

The aim of the project is to provide a transcriptomic resource for Cellaria immersa, and identify candidate genes involved in biomineralization, by profiling the gene expression of young and adult zooids in C. immersa colonies.

本项目旨在为浸没膜孔苔虫（Cellaria immersa）提供转录组资源，并通过分析该物种虫群内幼龄与成熟个虫（zooids）的基因表达谱，鉴定参与生物矿化（biomineralization）的候选基因。
