Standardization of Genome Wide Association Study (GWAS) based on DNA Pooling and allelotyping in High Density Arrays in Nellore

The aim of this work was standardize an experimental model for GWAS based on DNA pooling from animals with high and low age at first calving at 14 month in Nellore cattle.

本研究旨在构建一套标准化的实验模型，用于开展基于DNA混合池技术的全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS），研究样本取自内洛尔牛群体中首产犊年龄存在高低差异且首产犊发生于14月龄的个体。
